Sunee James

Communications and Content Officer

 

Sunee James joined Seraphus in 2025 and works as Communications and Content Officer.

He specialises in digital communications, content strategy and audience engagement, producing clear, accessible content across websites, social media, email campaigns and digital resources. Sunee also supports the development, promotion and delivery of employer webinars, helping translate complex immigration information into practical, engaging content for audiences.

With a background in digital media and marketing, he focuses on creating communications that connect with diverse audiences and support people to access reliable immigration information.

Sunee’s academic research explores the intersection of media, technology and culture, with a particular focus on the future of journalism and the creative industries. He holds an MSc in Creative Industries from the University of Edinburgh and an M.Ed. in Learning Technology and Instructional Design. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Communications and Journalism, researching media power, digital news, and the representation of migration and asylum in UK media.

He is committed to driving innovation, fostering sustainability and promoting global cultural exchange through creative, inclusive and impactful digital communications.
