Our aim is to further the understanding of migration being a beneficial right for everyone. By working across sectors from frontline civil society organisations to the European Commission, we make legal advice accessible. Our work at a local level means we reach those who most need it to secure their rights. Our work at a regional and national level with policy-focused organisations means our legal analysis is used by those with structural power to advocate for rights.
Our strength is our legal expertise developed from over 20 years of legal casework by our team of lawyers across England and Scotland. This knowledge, coupled with our participation in community and policy stakeholder groups, means we deliver ground-up insightful legal policy work. By analysing the implementation of law and policy, we define legal and policy changes needed for people to access their rights.

On a national level, we provide expert policy advice to the European Delegation in the UK on the EU Settlement Scheme, Brexit and EU Citizens’ Rights. On a local level, our team of experienced immigration lawyers provide civil society organisations and local authorities with a range of services.
