Our aim is to further the understanding of migration being a beneficial right for everyone. By working across sectors from frontline civil society organisations to the European Commission, we make legal advice accessible. Our work at a local level means we reach those who most need it to secure their rights. Our work at a regional and national level with policy-focused organisations means our legal analysis is used by those with structural power to advocate for rights.
Our strength is our legal expertise developed from over 20 years of legal casework by our team of lawyers. This knowledge, coupled with our participation in community and policy stakeholder groups, means we deliver ground-up insightful legal policy work. By analysing the implementation of law and policy, we define legal and policy changes needed for people to access their rights.

Partnerships
Seraphus offers legal services to individuals, and capacity building support to advisers by working in partnership with frontline and community based organisations on both a local and national level.
New Europeans
The charity New Europeans UK offers legal advice and support to EU Citizens to secure their rights in the UK. They provide much needed legal advice to vulnerable communities in Leicester; an area with one of the largest groups of EU/EEA citizens outside London, including high numbers of citizens with pre-settled status and from nationalities disproportionally affected by refused applications.
With expertise in the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Seraphus is supporting New Europeans to create a local and sustainable legal advice network in Leicester by providing training sessions to local community groups pursuing immigration legal advice qualifications. Seraphus also offers second tier legal advice on complex matters to locally based New Europeans immigration lawyers.

Seraphus is the official partner of www.freemovement.org.uk, which offers high-quality and clear updates and commentary on immigration and asylum law.
As a partner, our experienced lawyers provide in-depth and thorough analysis of UK immigration law and changes to current legislation, making clear legal analysis available and accessible to those who need it.
Here for Good – S.A.F.E project
A three-year partnership between Seraphus, Here for Good, and Wilsons Solicitors LLP, the S.A.F.E (Strategic Alliance for Europeans) project will challenge legal systems that put EU citizens who are not fully protected by the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) at risk.
As a part of this strategic legal work, Seraphus, with expertise in legal policy and complex casework are collaborating with specialist partners to influence and change immigration law and the EUSS so they protect the rights of marginalised and vulnerable people currently excluded from legal protection.
Greater London Authority
As part of our work to make legal advice accessible to everyone, Seraphus provides legal content to the Migrant Londoners Hub a collection of resources informing migrants in London on a variety of immigration related topics.
