Aarshi Joshi
Aarshi joined Seraphus in 2025 as a Legal Assistant.
She has experience in the non-profit sector, with focus on forced labour and modern slavery in India. Drawing on her field research with Rohingya refugees in India, Aarshi developed a strong commitment to refugee and migrant rights, which led her to pursue a career in immigration law.
She has volunteered with Bail for Immigration Detainees in the Adults at Risk Partnership Project as a legal caseworker, where she has also provided face-to-face advice to clients at detention centres. She is accredited under the IAA.
She has an MA in Global Studies. She moved to the UK in 2023 to pursue MSc in International Social and Public Policy (Migration) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
