Charlotte Rubin

Policy and Communications Officer

With a passion for identity, migration, language, law and culture, Charlotte writes migration law content for Seraphus news and social media and is an author for Free Movement. Now based in the United States, Charlotte continues to follow her long-standing journey with Seraphus by providing supervision to the EU Citizens Rights Communications work for the European Union Delegation to the UK.

Charlotte has an MA in Cultural Reporting and Criticism from New York University, an LLM in Human Rights and International Pulic Law at LSE, and a First-class Honours, Law and Politics LLB.
