Sarah McKeeve

Solicitor (Scotland qualified)

Sarah joined Seraphus in 2023 with many years of experience and provides advice on a full range of immigration matters. She qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2015 and has practised exclusively in the field of immigration and asylum law since December 2016. She has advised on varied asylum and immigration matters, specialising in the handling of asylum claims from members of the LGBTQI+ community and women claiming asylum based upon a fear of gender-based violence.

At Seraphus, her work includes providing advice to marginalised clients from our charity partners Kanlungun and St Mungo’s. She also enjoys working on family migration cases to help reunite families separated by oceans and borders.

Sarah is experienced in advocacy in the Scotland First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and representing clients before the Upper Tribunal in Scotland. After graduating in law from the University of Glasgow, she obtained a distinction in her Professional Legal Practice Diploma. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys walking in the Scottish hills with dogs and attending live music gigs.
