Our Work with the The European Delegation to the UK
Seraphus is contracted by the European Delegation to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (European Delegation) to provide expert legal advice, analysis, and information on EU citizens’ rights in the UK. This role reflects our longstanding expertise in EU and immigration law, and our ability to bridge policy discussions and frontline support.
Through this partnership, we:
– Advise the EU Delegation and European Union, European Economic Area, and Swiss embassies and consulates (EU27+ embassies) on issues such as the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), the impact of Brexit, and the UK immigration system.
– Deliver accessible resources and updates for EU citizens and the organisations supporting them.
– Provide direct engagement through events, workshops, and advice surgeries across the UK.
– Provide informational content to the website eucitizens.uk
Policy and Civil Society Engagement
Our work with the EU Delegation places Seraphus at the intersection of policy, law, and civil society. We provide expert analysis to inform policy discussions at EU and embassy level, while also engaging directly with communities across the UK.
This dual role enables us to ensure that the experiences of EU citizens are reflected in policymaking, and that policy decisions translate into effective support for individuals and organisations on the ground.
